Saurian Claw Succulent is the Natlan local specialty required to ascend him.

The common enemy drop he requires are Saurian Fangs, which can be found by defeating Saurians in Natlan.

Kinich requires Talent books of Kindling which can be obtained from the Natlan Talent Book domain on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

For leveling up his Talents past level 6, Kinich requires the Weekly Boss material; Denial and Judgment which can be obtained from the Scattered Ruins Trounce domain which is unlocked after completing the Ignis Purgatorius Chapter: Act I - When the Hearth-Flame Goes Out Story quest.
