Chiori's required boss material is Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelia which are obtained by defeating Coppelia in the "Icewind Suite" challenge in Fontaine.

As Chiori is a Geo character, she requires Prithiva Topaz gems to be ascended.

Dendrobium are the local Inazuma specialty required to ascend her.

The common enemy drop she requires is from Specters, which can primarily be found in Inazuma and Enkanomiya.

Chiori's requires Talent books of Light which can be obtained from the Inazuma Talent Book domain on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

For leveling up her Talents past level 6, Chiori requires the Weekly Boss material; Lightless Silk String which can be obtained from the Shadow of Another World Trounce domain which is unlocked after completing Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty Archon quest.
