Artifact Transmuter

·Consume Sanctifying Elixir to generate Artifacts through the process of Definition, or consume Artifacts to obtain Sanctifying Elixir through the process of Extraction.

·During each cycle, there is a limit on both the amount of Sanctifying Elixir that can be extracted and the number of times that Artifacts of each Set can be defined.

Artifacts draw their power from stories. This explains how it is possible to attempt to create Artifacts through sacred writings. Legend tells of an instance where seventy sages independently produced identical translations of the same source text; and thus, the original text was considered to be sacred. A person has only to place their hand on this machine and the story behind the Artifact will naturally flow out of it.
