Broken Sea Windy Cave

A common question is how to enter this Cave with a strong with current pushing you out in the Broken Sea.

To access this cave, you must accept and progress the Towards the Lighthouse, or Far Away quest until you have encountered the cutscene with Panuelle found on top of the island with the cave.

• After finishing Panuelle's section of the quest, talk to them again, then return to the cave and walk into the wind current and tell the flower that Panuelle sent you.
• Maybe reuniting old friends will grant a reward?
