Teammates

Dendro

• Emilie: Provides significant personal damage and benefits from the Burning reaction as well.
• Nahida: Good AoE Dendro coverage and personal damage, the Elemental Mastery buff can be potent if used in Burgeon teams.
• Baizhu: Fills the healer slot and increases Burning/Burgeon damage.

Pyro

• Bennett: Significantly boosts Kinich's attack, staying inside his Elemental Burst can be challenging, but it is worth it for the damage increase Bennett provides.
• Xiangling: Provides good off-field Pyro application that does not require any external conditions to trigger, can have high Energy Recharge requirements however.
• Dehya/Thoma: Offer solid off-field Pyro applications in addition to helping keep the team alive.

Hydro

• Furina: Provides strong buffs as well as personal damage, her periodic Hydro application allows Burning to exist consistently in addition to Burgeon.
• Xingqiu/Yelan: Provide consistent Hydro application and high personal damage.

Other

Other characters can fit in Kinich's teams by providing high utility or personal damage without interfering (much) with Burning/Burgeon uptimes, some examples include:

• Fischl/Yae: Provides strong personal damage, can take advantage of Catalyze reactions if they occur.
• Zhongli/Kachina: Can provide strong utility for the teams in terms of shields and/or buffs.
• Albedo/Chiori: Provide strong personal damage without reducing the Burning aura significantly.
